Ruined My Beautiful Garden, Bugs survived by EK Trying to be responsible, I have bought from a local EcoSmart mass-market vendor to reduce the garden pests. I sprayed at dusk when the sun was not so warm and to avoid damage to foliage. I tried just spray the floor, but the spray nozzle sub-par shooting in all directions. I'm not a rookie at this, I have gardening for years. The next day EVERY single plant MAKRS Brown and White had been on the leaves. Some were just on the ground. My beautiful garden was destroyed, BUT WITH A LIGHT APPLICATION. I tried to rinse all plants separately that morning and several times thereafter. No luck. It ruined the butterfly bush, it ruined the coneflowers, it ruined the basil, it ruined the parsley, it ruined the dill, it ruined the cilantro, it ruined the coral bells, it ruined the lillies, it runined the impatience, it ruined the hostas, it ruined the lambs' ear, it ruined the spiderwort, it ruined the vinca, it ruined the hydrangeas, it ruined the petunias, it ruined the phlox, it ruined the hollyhocks and the cosmos..need I go on? Hundreds if not thousands of dollars worth of plants and hard work ruined with one application. I didn't even use half the bottle on my 2000 sq. ft. garden. Repeated calls to customer service...messages left as they DO NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES EVER.... states they will get back to you in 48 hours. HAHAHAH. Still waiting. Meanwhile, my garden looks like a wall of locust came through. Wish I could give negative stars for the product AND for the customer service. And for the record, it smells a lot like citronella to me. So if you want something you can live insects in your garden and makes for an embarrassment and whithering EcoSmart is also for you, I have read and reread the label and says anywhere that the plants have ... . KL Jordan certainly helps I just moved into a place in the woods this year and has forgotten how there could be mistakes in the house. It worked like a jet foundation that reduces the amount of bugs around the house. He said it lasts until it rains and it was. I sprayed only twice this year (but we had record rainfall this year in WI). Does not work with the mosquitoes, so I had to add a fog for it. He must kill earwigs, ants, spiders more, cockroaches, millipedes, etc., I saw that someone used it on their plants - I have almost too much, but it seemed I should do according to the directions on the label. The same brand that makes products for the "Garden Insecticide" label Some of the ingredients are similar, but the garden insect killer is a pump spray and vegetable oils only that, when you have some other ingredients, and is a spray that attaches to a garden hose (more concentrated). The garden works well, but must be reapplied more often (I did not use sprays), due to irrigation. But I had something to spray on my basil this year and this was the only one who could spray directly on something to eat later. Works great. 0 of 0 people found this review helpful. Interesting product ... By Harry Stuhldreher bought a banana out of the Amazon. After about 1-2 months, I noticed aphids on the plant, so bought this product to kill aphids. I sprayed the plant in the afternoon. In the morning, the aphids were killed. That's the good news. The bad news is that also killed two of the leaves of the banana. I was not terribly bummed out about this because I needed to eventualy cut the leaves anyways With that said, it looks like the product should not affect the plant in any way ... or at least there should be some warning.
